I am a self-professed Pinterest junkie. One of the biggest reasons is all the recipes. I am always looking for new recipes to try. I haven’t posted a What’s for Dinner recipe in ages. Mostly because I’ve tried so many recipes that I love and haven’t tweaked anything (or much). All the credit needs to go to the original authors. So, I’ve compiled my top 10 dinner recipes that I have found on Pinterest. How have I not managed to take a single photo of these yummy dishes? Sorry.
If you’re looking for something new, any of these are awesome choices. Even my pickiest eater will eat these meals without complaint.
White Chicken Enchiladas – Great with turkey too! Hubby spiced it up with a little garlic, onion powder, ancho chili powder, and oregano – yum!
Chicken Bruschetta Pasta – I made some minor modifications: doubled the garlic powder, added some basil and used the Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking creme.
Chicken Florentine Bow Tie Pasta
Goulash – We swapped out the tomato soup with tomato sauce and yikes 2 tablespoons of italian seasoning was WAY too much. I use a scant 1 tablespoon instead.
Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter – We add grilled chicken for a one dish meal.
Grilled Chicken Pasta in Tomato Cream Sauce
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken – Make with your favorite salsa and you’ll love it!
Good thing I have Goulash baking in the oven – I’m hungry!
