It’s nearing the end of school days here. We’re going crazy with activities almost every day. Luckily, I found that Baby E loves apple “fries”. I don’t do anything fancy, just cut them into little sticks that look like fries. He loves them and I love that he’s less likely to choke.

I must have been in a “pasta” mood when I menu planned this week. Oh well – at least we buy whole grain pasta. We’re going for our favorites.

Here’s what’s on our menu for this week:

Monday

Lunch – Toddler: Cheese, Crackers and Apple Fries
Me: Chicken BLT Orzo Salad

Dinner – Chicken with Tomatoes & Feta (and Penne)

Tuesday

Lunch – Banana Slices and Mini Pizza Meatloaf
Me: Chicken BLT Orzo Salad

Dinner – Sausage Marsala

Wednesday

Lunch – Toddler: Apple Fries and Mini Pizza Meatloaf
Me: Chicken BLT Orzo Salad

Dinner – Baked Penne Pasta, Side Salad, and Kruse & Muer Bread

Thursday

Lunch – Toddler: Yogurt, Cut Up Grape Tomatoes, Crackers
Me: Chicken BLT Orzo Salad

Dinner – Grilled Chicken Pasta in Tomato Cream Sauce, Kruse & Muer Bread

Friday

Lunch – Toddler: Apple Fries and Mini Pizza Meatloaf
Me:  Chicken BLT Orzo Salad

Dinner – Chicken and Steak Fajitas
