Whew! Back on track! Last week’s menu was great and easy to do. Even the dreaded grocery shopping with the “unshopping” toddler went okay. Baby E likes to grab stuff in the grocery cart and then throw it out in the isle. So, I’m left trying to shop and keep everything in the cart – very fun – NOT.

We forgot to RSVP for the church dinner last Wednesday. So, we did veer from the plan. We got pizza instead – same cost. Does that count? And, as you’ll see, Parmesan Chicken made it on to Monday’s Dinner. We didn’t have it on Friday. I had a meeting, hubby got home late, it just wasn’t going to work. Even though we had those snafus, I still consider last week a success. Getting back into a routine is tough! Each week we’ll get better and better.
