Well, it’s been a while since I posted our Menu Plan. We’ve had one – it’s just been crazy around here with Spring Break for the kids and events. Track season also just started so hubby is back to getting home later and I do all the weekday cooking. (He’s a Middle School track coach.)
We’re keeping things simple this week as we continue to adjust to the new schedule. We’re using our simple and most loved recipes this week. I hope to find a couple of new and interesting (and of course, yummy) dishes for next week’s menu.

Monday
Lunch – Toddler: Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese
Me: Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese
Dinner – Tacos
Tuesday
Lunch – Toddler: Crackers w/ peanut butter, cheese, fruit
Me: Turkey Sandwich, pretzels
Dinner – Chicken Spaghetti
Wednesday
Lunch – Toddler: Yogurt, PB Sandwich, Pretzels
Me: Turkey Sandwich, pretzels
Dinner – At Church (Stuffed Pork Chops, Veggies, Salad, Rolls, Dessert)
Thursday
Lunch – Toddler: Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese
Me: Annie’s Organic Mac & Cheese
Dinner – Sour Cream Noodle Bake
Friday
Lunch – Toddler: Crackers w/ peanut butter, cheese, fruit
Me: MOPS Meeting – Brunch
Dinner – Parmesan Chicken, Veggies, Artisan Bread
Saturday
Dinner – Sausage Marsala
Sunday
Dinner – Pad Thai (this one is on hubby’s blog)

Hectic schedules always get off our menu….but your sour cream noodle bake sounds yummy! We will have to try that one!
