Well, because of my lack of menu planning posts, you would think we fell off the menu planning wagon. We sorta did. We did a quick plan but our days were so booked that even just getting to the grocery store was a challenge. All it took was a couple of fast food meals and we’re back to planning. It might be tasty at first, but the fat, calories, and sometimes tummy troubles are just not worth it.
So, we’re back! The first few weeks of menu planning were wonderful. Is that the honeymoon or something? We had leftovers and we were eating well. It felt so great to have a plan and know the answer to What’s for Dinner?
