Well, getting back on track was a little difficult last week. There were a few crazy days. I was preparing for a big event (post coming this week) so I really relied on the hubs to get dinner going. Then there’s the challenges of what kid needs to go where at what time. In the end, we had a few days of eating on the run. I think “A” was pretty happy. We got to have Tropical Smoothie Cafe for dinner one night after fabric shopping. Who doesn’t love smoothies?

Anyway, you’ll notice that there are a couple of meals from last week that made it onto this week’s menu. We had already shopped so moving it forward makes sense.

Here’s what’s on our menu for this week:


Lunch – Toddler: 1/2 Turkey Wrap w/ Cucumber Cream Cheese, pretzels, banana
Me: Turkey Wrap w/ Cucumber Cream Cheese, pretzels

Dinner – Spaghetti and Homemade Kruse & Muer Bread


Lunch – Toddler: Cheese/Ham rollup, banana, pretzel sticks
Me: PB Strawberry Banana Granola Wrap, pretzels

Dinner – Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad & Homemade Kruse & Muer Bread


Lunch – Toddler: Cheese/Ham rollup, applesauce, crackers
Me: Leftover Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad

Dinner – BLT’s and fruit


Lunch – Toddler: Cheese/Turkey roll up, banana, pretzel sticks
Me: PB Strawberry Banana Granola Wrap, pretzels

Dinner – Chicken with Tomatoes and Feta (one of the kids favorites)


Lunch – Toddler: Macaroni and Cheese, applesauce
Me: MOPS – Yay!

Dinner – Homemade Pizza
