Well, the poll ended up being 50/50 for cutting/keeping the curls. I love the curls, but it really was starting to get out of control. It was looking frizzy and hair was going everywhere. When wet, Baby E’s hair would rest on his shoulders and the bangs would hang in his eyes. So, I mustered up some confidence and let Daddy take him to get his hair cut. It was a boy day. All my boys got their hair cut.
Before you ask, of course there are photos!!!
Before
I seriously think he’s saying “No Way, Mama.”
During
How about “Oooooh, you are in SO much trouble! That was my mommy’s favorite!!”
After
Baby E is still a cutie in my book! And look!!! There’s still a little curl on top!! Yay!
The first “big” hair cut! Such a sweet memory. : )
Ahh, the curls are gone! Brian actually cut Liam’s hair when I was out of town last week for work. At first I was sad, but then realized that the mullet probably had to go. We can’t all have hair like Max!
Awe, you missed the haircut? I couldn’t go. I was afraid that I’d scream “Noooooooo!” right there in the shop.
