Yeah, yeah I know.  It’s not really dinner.  It could be dessert or for breakfast.  It’s is really yummy.  I made it for my MOPS group Friday morning.

It’s not my recipe it’s the Pioneer Woman’s and she is awesome!  I’m going to send you over there because it’s all her stuff.  She has beautiful photos of every step and you can print the recipe on 3×5 cards, 4×6 cards or a full sheet.  I just couldn’t do it justice especially knowing how awesome her post is, plus there’s the whole copyright thing to make sure I don’t mess up.  🙂

It was super easy to make.  I used plain frozen blueberries.  The recipe says there’s only 10 minutes prep time, but I took much longer (maybe 20-30 minutes).  I had to let the butter come to room temp and let the blueberries thaw and I count that time since the kitchen sits in disarray until I can get going.
