Even though we have the ick going on at our house, I couldn’t resist this topic.  I’ve been wanting to get back into the You Capture challenges, it’s just been so crazy since school started.

I’m still photographing in P mode, but I hope to change that soon.  I get frustrated trying to find the right combination and you just can’t take that sort of time with an 11 month old (or a 7 year old for that matter).

I LOVE fall.  It’s my favorite season.  I just love jeans and a t-shirt weather.  I’m so fair that I don’t tan, so in summer I look like a ghost.  Plus, there’s just too many allergies I have to contend with during the spring and summer.  Fall has beautiful color and wonderful natural light.  There’s back to school, Halloween, trips to the cider mill, pumpkins, and Thanksgiving.  What’s not to like?

G loves to ham it up for the camera, if I can get him to cooperate at all.  We’ve stopped getting professional photos of him, he just makes silly faces.  So, when we want an updated photo of him, I try and try and try.  It could take a hundred shots before I get one of him that I know everyone will like.
